New Client 6-Pack

Service Description

This purchase is for s 6 pack of individual therapy sessions for a new client. The price of $425 is for the entire 6 pack, not per session. I do not store credit card information, nor do you have to sign up for any auto-renewal, ever. Refund/cancellation policy: Cancellation needs to be no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you pay in advance for your appointment, and you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, the appointment fee will be applied to the following appointment. If you cancel within the time frame and you decide to stop therapy, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. First late cancellation (under 24 hrs ahead of appointment) or no show: $50 no-show fee will be applied. Any late cancellation (under 24 hrs ahead of appointment) or no show thereafter: full scheduled session fee will be charged, Any fees applied to your account need to be paid in full before another appointment will be scheduled. Buying a package of sessions means paying for the entire package at the time of purchase. Packages are not pay as you go. No other form of making payments on the package is offered. Packages expire 6 months after the date of purchase and no refund will be given if your prepaid sessions expire. If you leave therapy prior to finishing your package, a refund of ½ of the cost of the remaining sessions will be issued within 30 days of when you gave notice that you were leaving therapy. You must request this refund in writing (email) PRIOR to the 6 month expiration date. I am not a mind reader, and I may not know you have decided to leave therapy without specific notification. Notification that you are leaving therapy must be given before you stop therapy. If you do not inform me that you are stopping therapy prior to the 6 month mark you will not receive a refund.
