Coaching and Preparation
Prior to journeying, I will be assessing readiness by discussing what is currently going on in your life and going over your reasons for wanting to utilize psilocybin therapy. I will also be helping you focus on goals and intentions for your journey.
Therapeutic Psilocybin Journeying
Your journey will be in safe, sacred space where your every need will be tended to from access to a clean, well-stocked bathroom to snacks to comfy blankets. I will be with you the entire time to guide, comfort or just witness the journey.
Integration
"Integration" is the process by which a person takes the messages they receive during their journey and add them into their daily life. Integration is where the real work begins, so a very important part of aftercare!
Agreements
What are "agreements"? Agreements are boundaries that we will both observe. Boundaries in psilocybin therapy give us a blueprint for how the session will proceed.
Caveats
As much as I believe in the power of psilocybin therapy, it is not "a magic bullet" and not suitable for everyone.
