Service Description

*New client – refers to someone I have not spoken to yet, someone who has been referred by another client or who has come to me from the website. You will remain a “new client” through the first month (4 sessions) and then I will lower your fees to the “established client” level. Your 5th appointment is FREE! This purchase is for one single therapy session. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellation needs to be no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you pay in advance for your appointment, and you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, the appointment fee will be applied to the following appointment. If you cancel within the time frame and you decide to stop therapy, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. First late cancellation (under 24 hrs ahead of appointment) or no show: $50 no-show fee will be applied. Any late cancellation (under 24 hrs ahead of appointment) or no show thereafter: full scheduled session fee will be charged, Any fees applied to your account need to be paid in full before another appointment will be scheduled. Individual sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase. No refund will be given if you do not use all the prepaid sessions by the end of the 6 months after the date of purchase. If you decide to leave therapy prior to using your session (s), a refund of ½ of the cost of the session (s) you have remaining will be issued within 30 days of the notification of leaving therapy. You must request this refund in writing (email). I am not a mind reader, and I may not know you have decided to leave therapy without specific, in writing (email) notification. Notification that you are leaving therapy must be given before you stop therapy. If you do not inform me that you are stopping therapy prior to the 6 month mark (after the date of purchase) you will not receive a refund.
